Indian business schools have been steadily making their mark in the global management arena. This year, seven Indian business schools have been ranked among the top 95 in the Financial Times Executive Education Rankings 2025. ISB leads the list securing the #1 spot in Asia and 23rd position globally, up from #26 last year.

While four business schools from India made the cut last year, seven schools have made it to the 2025 rankings. The three Indian Institutes of Management at Bangalore, Ahmedabad and Indore have remained on the list due to their steady performance while the new entrants this year are MDI Gurgaon, IIM Calcutta and IIM Kozhikode.

Sunill Sood, Executive Director, Executive Education, ISB, said, “The latest FT Executive Education Rankings reinforce our commitment to developing and delivering programmes that address the evolving and urgent needs of today’s industry. This recognition encourages us to continue designing world-class programmes that empower our participants to become catalysts of meaningful change.”

The FT rankings, which features a total of 95 institutes this year, assess institutes on four broad parameters, and 14 sub-parameters such as programme design, faculty, value for money, new skills & learning, future use, among others.
